My beanie and the beast…

Once upon a time in the deepest corner of my closet, where anything that doesn’t want to be found ends up, was lying my purple beanie. A purchase I made several weeks ago and didn’t have the opportunity to wear until now that the temperatures are slowly changing even though the weather has been well behaving lately (not complaining).

Hats, scarfs, and gloves are the number one accessory to wear once the temperatures finally drop and the Winter makes his appearance. A great in-between-season accessory is a beanie.  It will keep you warm but it is also a great accomplice for those days when you don’t know what to do with your hair.

That morning I was in the mood to experiment with colors, not even sure if the outcome was going to satisfy me. I picked some pieces from my closet; purple pants (similar) by Zara , nude boots (similar) by Crown Vintage, a beige cardigan (similar) by H&M and a knitted vest by Style&Co made the final cut, but the star of the look was with no doubt my beloved purple beanie (similar) by Calvin Klein.
